I joined the team in 2021 and have been actively organizing events ever since — from a virtual event during the COVID-19 period to large-scale in-person gatherings with over 200 attendees. While our core team currently includes 14 members, I’ve managed event teams of up to 20 people, coordinating content, logistics, and operations to bring each event to life.

Through hands-on experience, rotating across teams, and learning through iteration, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to plan and execute meaningful events — and how to lead with both structure and empathy.

I’ve built a strong foundation by organizing events, guiding volunteer teams, and managing many moving parts — experiences that taught me to lead with clarity, collaborate effectively, and stay grounded under pressure.

Working in a self-motivated, cross-functional environment has taught me how to lead with intention, adapt quickly, and communicate across disciplines. I’m now excited to apply these skills in industries where people, process, and purpose come together to create lasting impact.
